Dear Ebby who got undereye fat grafting with WOOA
Dear Ebby,

However, there are a few things to tell you the exact details of your consultation, surgery, and recovery.
You came to our clinic for facial mini lifting, undereye fat repositioning, or undereye fat grafting. Please check the following details for more.
1. You decided on two surgeries and paid 880,000 KRW for the mini lifting promotion and 1,650,000 KRW for the undereye fat repositioning after consultation.
2. On the day of surgery, after being informed got agreements from you that you changed your surgery to undereye fat grafting only. It is difficult to proceed with the above two surgeries because there is a piercing. Undereye fat repositioning was changed to undereye fat grafting (2nd session included, same price with undereye fat repositioning) and the mini lifting was fully refunded.
<Reason for not having surgery due to piercing>
We tried to remove the piercing with a tool, but it was in the collarbone and could not be removed. If surgery is performed with a piercing, mini lifting, and fat repositioning require hemostasis with an electric knife after incision, and burns may occur due to the piercing.
3. Fat grafting for undereye does not use an electric knife compared to other surgeries, so there is no risk of burns. However, the limitations of postoperative results were explained and consent was obtained before proceeding.
4. There are two operations of fat grafting on April 3rd, 2023 (1st) and August 12th, 2023 (2nd, 4 months later). The postoperative swelling and bruises have not completely cleared yet which is the recovery period now.
5. Regarding English translator - There is an English-speaking staff in WOOA PS.
When you visited for the second surgery, the consultant could speak English and help you, but we apologize if there were any inexperienced parts.
6. Swelling and bruising - You already have a check-up appointment on September 9th. At the time of the visit, the condition will be checked again, but additional treatment is also possible at any time if you are able to visit the clinic. WOOA's doctors and staff sympathize with Ebby's concerns and will do their best for a quick recovery.
Depending on the individual condition of the patient after surgery, the recovery period may be delayed. We want to tell you that if you visit the clinic at any time without time limits we can offer treatments with deswelling care and injections after getting an exact diagnosis etc. so that Ebby can recover quickly,
