These are my results after my 6 months zygoma reduction surgery 

for me personally took me a little longer to notice the final results due to the swelling process, it vary sometimes, there’s days that I feel more swollen at that area specially the sides of the face.  Doctor says Soft tissues takes time to recover,  and if you have TMJ consider to treat that problem as well, it won’t affect the procedure but it’ll be hard to notice the results 💯 faster, apart from that I’m happy with my results it really improved a lot the reduction of the wide cheekbones I had, now I have more symmetrical face and the proportions are balanced, with   The TMJ treatment I believe I won’t have the protruded swollen problem on the sides sometimes and I’ll keep that straight line that I wanted to achieve.
