1. Customer's personal reasons
* After payment if you would like a refund for personal reasons
- Before delivery: All about MEI can cancel your order. However, Payment fee (5%) is not refundable.
- After delivery: Please request to All about MEI Customer Center after receiving the goods. However, only refund item price and shipping costs and customs duty refund is not possible (opened or used goods will not be refunded).
2. Sold out
* If the item is out of stock orders will contact you in the customer center. You can cancel all items you ordered or the only item which is out of stock.
* In case of unable to contact with customers in 5 days, your order will automatically be canceled. The payment will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days.
3. If the goods is not received or if the goods have a problem
* Please send your order number, product photos, packaging boxes, purchase orders, proof of delivery to the customer center. We will refund by the refund policy for customers.
* If you do not have photos related products will not be a refund.
4. If the ID number is entered incorrectly
* Wrong identification number case is not possible to cancel. Please enter ID number carefully.
