This is my two month update! Everything has been going well, and there is no more pain. I feel more confident wearing sleeveless tops and even tube tops, and I am looking forward to traveling back to Korea in the future! My recovery has been smooth overall.
Do note that there can still be some occasional swelling, and I havent found a solution to it. If anyone has tips, please do let me know! Otherwise, all is good. For now, it is just a waiting game, maintaining my weight and hoping my arms will continue to improve in appearance.
