I went to Yonsei Reum yesterday for my XERF treatment.

I heard this clinic is quite popular with locals and not really the big factory style clinic, so I wanted to try here. The clinic itself is not very big, but wah, quite many people were waiting when I went. Mostly Korean also.

So maybe the “locals come here” part is true haha.

While waiting I kept looking at the display and took these photos. First I saw the before & after, then all the XERF videos and pretty celebrity faces.

My expectation slowly becoming dangerous already.

I was sitting there thinking, “Okay… after XERF can I also look like this?” haha

Of course I know one XERF treatment is not going to suddenly turn me into the celebrity on their TV lah. But if my face can even move a little towards those before & after photos, I will be happy already.

One thing I really liked was the consultation with the doctor.

She was very friendly and actually spent time talking with me about my face, skin and what I wanted to improve. I asked quite a lot of things and she explained them one by one, including what I can realistically expect.

It didn’t feel like “you need this, this, this” and then next patient.

That was quite important for me because I specifically didn’t want a factory feeling clinic where you spend most of the time with a consultant and only see the doctor very quickly.

The place was busy and not huge, but the consultation itself didn’t feel rushed. So my first impression was quite good.

I did the XERF yesterday, so obviously too early for me to say anything about the result yet.

For now I can only say the experience was good.

Now I need to stop looking at those clinic before & after photos and give my own face some time haha.

Let’s see what happens.
