Hi,

I don’t want to use a implant for rhinoplasty. Can I still apply for this promotion.

I would love to have:

1.Little hump removal (+ostetomy to close off and narrow down the bone base)

2.tip plasty

3. Alar reduction

Can I apply for this promotion? I read some of the comment and Ruby seem to be flexible to change some of the procedure for this promotion.
