Hi everyone! This is my 3 out of 3 reviews on my experience with TFD. You can check out my more in-depth experience in my first and second review. This one will be quick update because not much has changed since my last one!

As a reminder, I got chin implant removal, genioplasty, and neck liposuction. Attached are my before and after pictures based on today’s date! It’s been a little over 12 weeks post-op.

In my last review, I expressed concerns about my neck fat in the side view. However, it looks seamless now despite having not lost any weight. I also think the notches/indents on my chin are slowly becoming less noticeable. One side note is that my lower teeth is little numb still but I think that will go away eventually. Overall, I feel quite satisfied with my surgery results. It looks very natural and I can’t wait to see what I would like after a year!
