TOP CLASS is not presented as an unknown clinic attached to a discount. All about MEI has worked with TOP CLASS Plastic Surgery since May 17, 2016, and the current three offers name Dr. Yong-Hoon Jeon, a board-certified plastic surgeon with 28 years of experience since 1998.
Doctor’s Note
Why one doctor still has to separate three very different decisions
Rhinoplasty changes bridge-and-tip structure, double-chin surgery may address fat or muscle under the chin, and a deep-plane facelift works on deeper facial support. A promotion can fix the starting price, but it cannot replace the examination that determines the correct tissue, surgical plane and scope.
The current TOP CLASS pages make that boundary visible: each offer shows actual clinic cases, names the surgeon and separates the base plan from options that may change after consultation.
This note summarizes verified clinic credentials and current offer structure. It does not replace an in-person medical assessment or guarantee an individual result.
Why the long AAM relationship matters: the date does not prove a surgical result, but it distinguishes an ongoing clinic relationship from a hospital name added only for a short discount campaign.
Choose by concern, not by the cheapest number. The three offers below are not one makeover package. Rhinoplasty changes the nose, a deep-plane facelift treats deeper facial sagging, and double-chin surgery addresses tissue under the chin.
TOP CLASS’s 1.5M KRW bridge-and-tip rhinoplasty deal is worth comparing if you are planning primary rhinoplasty and the base material and correction scope fit after consultation. The current price is about $1,000 before VAT.
| What to check | Current rhinoplasty offer |
|---|---|
| Base procedure | Primary bridge + tip rhinoplasty |
| Why the price stands out | 1.5M KRW versus the 4.0M–5.5M KRW range in our current full-rhinoplasty cost guide |
| Correction scope | Bulbous, short or hump-nose correction included when clinically required during the first-phase offer |
| Can change the total | Donated-rib plan 3.0M total; alar-base reduction quoted separately; medicine about 50K; 10% VAT |
| Review condition | Six photo reviews; refundable 300K KRW completion deposit; eye masking allowed |

The first board shows three bridge-and-tip cases; the second separates hump, short or upturned, and bulbous-tip starting concerns. These are TOP CLASS official clinic cases, not a promise that every patient needs the same correction or will obtain the same result.
The deal includes primary bridge-and-tip rhinoplasty planned by Dr. Yong-Hoon Jeon. When clinically required during this first-phase offer, bulbous, short or hump-nose correction can be included. The 1.5M KRW price excludes 10% VAT and medicine of about 50K KRW.
Yes. The donated-rib plan costs 3.0M KRW total before VAT, and optional alar-base reduction is quoted separately. The doctor confirms cartilage choice and correction scope after examining the nose.
Surgery must be completed by September 12, 2026. Updated September 11: surgery must now be completed by November 15, 2026. Six photo reviews are required, and a 300K KRW completion deposit is refunded after the reviews are completed. Eye masking is allowed; confirm the required angles and publication scope before applying.
TOP CLASS’s 4.5M KRW deep-plane facelift deal is worth checking when deeper lower-face or jawline sagging requires surgical lifting. It is not a laser, RF, ultrasound or thread-lifting offer.
| What to check | Current deep-plane facelift offer |
|---|---|
| Base procedure | Individualized deep-plane facelift planning |
| Best question to solve | Whether deeper facial sagging needs a surgical lift rather than another nonsurgical treatment |
| Can change the total | Optional neck lift +2.0M KRW; 10% VAT; final surgical plane and scope after consultation |
| Review condition | Six photo reviews; refundable 900K KRW completion deposit |
| Privacy point | Confirm exact masking, crop and required photo angles before applying |

These three official clinic cases show different facial starting points rather than one standard result. Compare the lower face, jawline and neck separately because anatomy and an optional neck lift can change both the plan and total.
Yes. It is a surgical deep-plane facelift planned for deeper lower-face and jawline sagging. It is not an Ultherapy, RF, laser, thread-lifting or other nonsurgical offer.
No. An optional neck lift costs an additional 2.0M KRW before VAT. The doctor decides whether the face alone or the face and neck require surgical treatment after consultation.
Surgery must be completed by September 12, 2026. Updated September 11: surgery must now be completed by November 15, 2026. Six photo reviews and a refundable 900K KRW review-completion deposit apply. Confirm masking, cropping, photo angles and publication scope before applying.
TOP CLASS’s 500K KRW double-chin liposuction deal is worth checking when localized fat is the main problem. Muscle tightening is also 500K KRW, and the combined plan is 1.0M KRW when both fat and muscle structure need treatment.
Liposuction · 500K KRW
For cases where localized under-chin fat is assessed as the main concern.
Muscle tightening · 500K KRW
A separate option when the under-chin muscle structure is the main issue.
Combined plan · 1.0M KRW
For cases where both localized fat and muscle structure need treatment.
Included in the offer
Anesthesia fee, compression band and aftercare. Medicine is about 50K KRW and 10% VAT is separate.

These are TOP CLASS official clinic cases. The upper case on the second board combines revision rhinoplasty with double-chin muscle tying, so it must not be read as a 500K liposuction-only result. The lower image is an additional official jawline case. Check the offer to distinguish liposuction, muscle tightening and combined treatment.
No. Double-chin liposuction is 500K KRW, muscle tightening is a separate 500K KRW option, and the combined plan costs 1.0M KRW before VAT. The doctor selects the option after assessing fat and muscle structure.
The offer includes anesthesia, a compression band and aftercare. Medicine is about 50K KRW and 10% VAT is additional. The displayed starting price applies to primary surgery, not revision surgery.
No. The upper case on the second case board combines revision rhinoplasty with double-chin muscle tying. It must not be read as a liposuction-only result. Confirm the procedure disclosure for each image and your own treatment plan.
Surgery must be completed by September 12, 2026. Updated September 11: surgery must now be completed by November 15, 2026. Four photo reviews are required, with a refundable 200K KRW completion deposit. Eye masking is allowed; confirm the exact angles and publication scope before applying.
One rule applies to all three specials: a review condition is not a praise condition. Before applying, confirm the required photo angles, masking or blur rules, publication scope and exactly what completes the refundable deposit condition.
