My second rhinoplasty revision journal
Hi Guys,
I hope all of you are doing well with your surgeries.
I'm here to share my revision experience with rhinoplasty. After my initial rhinoplasty procedure, I wasn't completely satisfied with the results.... silicone deviated... bulbous nose wasn't get any improved, so I decided to redo my nose after 1year!
I want to emphasize the importance of choosing a skilled and experienced surgeon who specialized in revision case and fortunately I found the right surgeon! We discussed my concerns and goals in detail. The surgeon recommended silicone and rib cartilage for my nosejob.
On the day of the procedure, actually I was a little nervous and worry about the outcome. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt well taken care by them like those nurses would try to calm your emotion even we don't know each other language. The recovery process was similar to my initial rhinoplasty, just a few minor differences.
And now I can confidently say that the decision to redo a revision was worth it! If any of you are considering a rhinoplasty revision, my advice is to do thorough research, consult with experienced surgeon and clearly communicate your expectations.
