Which surgery is right for me ?

Hey talkers, so in my previous post I explained the different eye procedures that Shinsang has and the list included the lower eyelid fat removal, lower eyelid fat reposition and a blephroplasty.

Which eye surgery do you think will be best for me ?

My current problem is eye asymetry one of my eyes is bigger than the other eye as shown in the first image.

As for my nose, its a round nose with a big tip and it doesn't have a beautiful side profile (image 2). I hope to get it done with the Shinsang cartilage rhinoplasty method which is the type of method which takes into account the kind of nose job which will suit the person according to their facial type . But indeed, all I that I desire is an attractive sharp nose like in image 3 which is truly my dream nose 🥰.
