I’m sharing the pre surgery packing list (recommended items, if you have your own listing, feel free to share or add on) for those who have decided to perform your desire procedures.

1. Notebook and pen to write notes during consultation
2 Medical history / Drug allergies to inform clinic
3. Button tops or loose fitting tops
4. Electrical adapter
5. Cotton bud / Q-tips (to apply medicine, dig nose, remove food particles for those with stitches inside mouth)
6. Antibacterial wet wipes
7. Lip balm (for rhino and FC as lips will get dry from breathing through the mouth)
8. Pain relief medication
9. Tissue paper (for running nose/teary eyes post-surgery & bleeding)
10. Camouflage items (hoodie, sunglasses, face masks, caps)
11. Vitamin K cream (e.g. Auriderm) (for bruising)
Scar healing & reduction gel (e.g. Kelocote, Dermatix)
12. Simple dressing set
13. Arnica (e.g. Sineech) (for bruising)
14. Bromelain (for swelling)
15. Collagen powder (promotes healing)
16. Vitamin C (promotes healing)
17. Protein powder (if you have to be on a liquid diet)
18. Dry shampoo
