Good Day. I'm Vick. Recently I posted 9 reviews of my surgery experience with Mine Plastic Surgery. I’m so sorry for the late response as I suddenly opened the talks and found out all my reviews were hidden as requested by Mine Plastic Surgery because of a “suspicious act of manipulating photos” and exposure of specific clinic information and telephone number.  I’m going to sue this clinic by blaming and accusing me that I made false accusations and photo manipulation. I'm here against their accusation Well, in their advertisement, all their WhatsApp contact numbers are exposed by them. Well, now they say I’m exposing them?  This is so funny and they have no other reason to request to allaboutmei other than to admit they had bad surgery on me. They said, I made false accusations and photo manipulation, Well, I really did that. Why do I have the guts to review ?


1. Sign of photo manipulation.

There are no any photoshopped was made. This clinic specifically wanted to find the reason and detail micromanaging and said I did photo manipulation. They can’t judge me if these two photos are exactly the same. Both pictures are taken on the same day but at different times within a few minutes gap. I took a selfie two different times and posted it. So let's say you take a selfie. Will you just take one ? Of course, you take two or three to see which one is better. So I did the same. So, of course, the lighting, angle, lips and all parts of the face are exactly the same. So how does the clinic conclude it was the same photo and photo manipulation ? My nose looks a bit curved in other photos. It’s because of them. Since I had the surgery, I have had a lot of issues with my nose. I have nose block, sinus, difficulty of breathing, a running nose and every time there is nose block and I can’t breathe, my nose will look swollen and I will have a pain. Still, now, I have an issue. I have to go to the GP and take medication. They literally spoiled it and damaged my breathing function. So can I tell the same thing and accuse them  please? They post my picture before and after, and how if they did a photo manipulation and alteration before they post it here ? How can I be sure if they didn’t ? How can I guarantee it ? Okay, let's come to the point that I did photo manipulation as per their accusation. Even though before and after photo manipulation, my nose is still curved, right? It’s still not straight and still a same appearance as before. During the online consultation, the doctor said he would straighten my nose and look more natural. Well, that’s why I trust them and came to Korea and anyone can tell them anything. Nowadays, the world is all about blaming and accusing to protect . But it is still curved.  So what is the point of the surgery ? If they can’t straighten my nose, why do they promise me they will straighten my nose and let me come to Korea and take my money ? If they say no they can’t do it, I will definitely look for other surgeons who are more experienced and let them operate. Why do they take my money even though they knew earlier they couldn’t do it ? Because they just want money and profit. Well, nowadays, the world is all about blaming and accusing to make themselves right. And cover their reputation of their business. What is my motive for making false accusations and photo manipulation, as you said ? Do I get anything ? If I really did, why I have guts and I brave enough to post it ? I just gave my honest review and my bad experience .

2.Rhinoplasty

Hereby I confirmed that there is no results from their surgery. They said in their previous post “There is an "improvement”. They even admitted that they are just improvements. Well, you already see from their words. Well, I didn’t pay for "improvement". I paid for the “results”. When I expressed my interest to the consultant, they said they could straight my nose. But they only said “improvement”. I was always insecure about my “curved nose” and I was so interested in doing the surgery with Mine Plastic Surgery. We had a video zoom online consultation before I came to Korea. The doctor said they can straighten my nose and look nicer before I come to Korea. But it is still curved. Even though they said I did photo manipulation , okay let it be . Whatever. They just want to prove themselves right. But as they said, I did photo-manipulation, and my nose is still cured.  I came to Korea and wanted to do this surgery,  to straighten my nose. Not to just have an “improvement” as they said. Well, if they said just an improvement, I would not spend thousands of dollars on doing this surgery. I would rather go to other skilled dockers who will know their job. I didn’t go for cosmetic surgery to make my nose nicer and sharper. All I wanted to do was I wanted my nose to be straight. Not curved. That's all I want. But they promised me they would straighten it up and told me that his doctor is very experienced and skilled and would definitely change my nose shape. But finally, my nose is still curved is whether is photo manipulated or not, as per their accusations. The point here is not about photo manipulation. My point is why my nose is still curved when they promised me to make my nose straight ? They just give a fake promise , let me come to Korea and promise me this and that, and rob my money by doing no result surgery. So what is the point of me doing the surgery with them for the exact curved nose  ? They literally charged me thousands of dollars for the curved nose, not the straight nose as they promised. Again, people come to have surgery , not to have an improvement. To achieve a result. 

Also, I'm here to sue this clinic post my picture without my consent. Initially, I said no photo sharing . I don’t authorised them to post my picture without my consent and my permission. Well, this clinic did. I’m going to sue them. I remember I told Katie on my last day in Korea, that if I’m not happy, I will give my feedback and post my experience on social media. Well, she immediately got emotional and replied to me “ If you do like that, then will I post all your photos on social media." She threatened me like this. Also, they will take a lot of your pictures before and after and many angels.  Also, this is a great example if you said no photo sharing, and if you have an issue after the surgery, they will post it without your consent and permission.



Well Can you guys see any difference on my nose ? Alar reduction yes. But I requested for straight nose. And they promised me before i come to Korea that the doctor will make my nose straight by doing rib cartilage. Well, Look at my nose, it's still curved. Am i did the surgery for these result ? Definitely no. All i want is a straight nose. And if they can't do it , they should admitted it. Isn't that simple ? Rather than said can straigthen it and charge me thousand of dollars but no result. I told them that this is a revision rhinoplasty and a doctor performed a surgery to me last year but no any result and i already told about this information to Mine Plastic Surgery. They said do not worry and they will make my nose straight and no regret. And yeah i trust them blindly, and yeah this is the result guys.. Still curved and still no result. Its very hard to earn trust and but i trust them with all their words and promises and this is what i got.

3. Facial Contouring

Well, people will look at me in the skin. Not with the CT Scan. Will my face be visible or will my bones be visible when I meet people ? People will look at my face, not my skull. Again , I’m not paying for the improvement. I paid for the result. Yes, I ask for the stronger v line because I have potruding and a long chin. Is it wrong to ask for stronger saline to improve my appearance ? Well, they said I had double jaw surgery previously at a different clinic in 2021. And there were pins and screws along my jawline and on my chin. I already told them this during our consultation while I was in Australia itself.  Well, looking at my CT scan, there is little improvement, but that’s not what I want. If you see my jawline teeth shaving but just a little bit, they didn’t shave it properly because of my screws and plates. And if you see my chin, yes, there is a v-line shape, but I asked them to shorten the chin and V- line. But he just did the v line . If you see it properly, my chin is before and after the same length. Again, the doctor shaved my chin only little bit and not properly  because of plates and screws

. Well ,if the clinic said they can’t do it or it is complicated, why do they still do it for the sake of money ? If they said this earlier, I would not have done this surgery and spent and invested thousands of dollars on it ? Why do they still charge me for surgery when they already know it is not surgically possible to cut beyond them ?And they already did a CT scan before the surgery, and already looked in my scan that there were pins and screws on my jawline and chin before the surgery itself. My question itself is that doctors already know that there are pins and screws from my previous double jaw surgery, and why they still charge me and performing this surgery when they already know it's not surgically possible and to cut it beyond them ? The hospital should say no and can’t do it and have to be honest, so, that I will not do this surgery. Not to charge me money and do this surgery to make money from people ? Now you guys know why I’m mad for?

4. Follow-up

askI agreed with whatever she said about the follow-up from the Korea Consumer agency(KCA). IT was true until “The manager directly called the reviewer, and the manager got the reviewer's email during this call” . But then, this line is a lie.  I already flew back to Australia. And the manager called me but he spoke “Korean” to me. Well , I don’t understand Korean and there is a language barrier. I immediately contacted my consultant Sarah on 8/2/23 and let her know about this. And she said “Let me check with the insurance company” on 8/2/23. That is the last conversation forever until now. Well, I haven’t received a single email or text message from them until now. It was quiet and unbothered. Well, I didn’t have any response until now. From their pictures, it shows they sent an email and text on 13/2/23. Well, if they really sent them email and text, why did the consultant communicate with me that the email and text message were sent ? So that I can let her know I didn’t receive anything. Well, they didn’t bother me until now and I have no idea where they sent an email and where they sent a text message. They didn’t communicate with me about this and didn’t do any follow-up on it. She mentioned the insurance manager at ** Insurance said that he did not receive a response”, Well why she didn’t tell me this or did any follow up ? She can ask me like “Vick, did you receive any email or text messages since the insurance manager said he didn’t get any response from you?” They just didn't bother me. They had personal baggage on me and they just remained silent. I don’t think they send me email or text messages. If they really did that, they should let me know. So I'm not acknowledging this email.

5. Overall thoughts
Well, I only know how they treated me and discriminated against and bullied me. So, if they said they worked for 8-10 years using social media, but if they are not treating the client well and bullying them , then there is no point telling working for many years and getting clients all over the world. I know whoever wants to do the Google reviews on them, they just accept positive reviews and make them visible to others. But if someone posts a bad review and converts their bad experience , they will not make it visible. I did actually post but it's not visible. So I know their trick. They just accepted a positive review to gain a reputation and the clinic’s image so that they can have a good reputation and revenue profit. Sometimes they need to accept positive and bad reviews. Some people will have good results but some do not. And they need to accept criticism . If they just want positive and good reviews, well that’s selfish. Yes, social media are a weapon to show people and earn trust, but there is also common sense about how people accept good and bad reviews in the community. And they work with Google representatives and only make visible their good reviews, but they do not make visible people’s bad or critical reviews. All their reviews on Google will come to them before they are visible. Anyone can say this hospital is a good and skilled doctor. Well, only people affected knows it. If people really want to know real skilled and well-experienced doctors, I suggest doing proper research everywhere,- doing homework, doing comparisons , looking for bad reviews too, and looking on the real review site, not on Google . Nowadays, Google is different than before and can only expose a good review. Seriously, I don’t get anything from here. I can see some people comment badly about me, give bad comments and criticize me. Well, it's okay. I accept criticism, guys. I was accused that I made a false accusation and photo manipulation. Well, if anyone thinks that i did a photo manipulation, Im hereby give my Whatsapp number +61406156001 so that anyone have a doubt or insecure or don't trust me, you guys can video call me directly and see my nose condition in the video call. I'm not scared or hiding. I have the guts to show my after surgery nose condition to people, and i don't mind it. I just did the right thing but the hospital said i did a photo alteration. Okay Nevermind.  Well, I don’t have any bad intentions and I don’t need anything from them anymore. I just accepted it and I just gave my bad experience with this clinic to show people how my result was, how my experience was and how I was badly treated. Is that wrong ? I don’t have any bad intention to down this clinic name and I don’t get get anything from this. Seriously, I just posted my experience. I don’t care about money, money can earn it back. But it’s all about how they treated me. Even until now, the hospital didn’t apologize to me for spoiling my face. Even if they did, I would be okay and I might not post this review. But it’s all about how they treated me during my trip to Korea, how they discriminated and bullied me in their clinic, how they treated me unfairly, unprofessional behaviour. How they chase me out of their clinic indirectly, how they chase me out of the clinic after I had major surgery and I got sick and how they force me to throw me out of the hospital. It’s not about money. For me, respect, humanity, dignity, empathy, professionalism, sympathy, treating everyone, equality, good manners, humbleness, courtesy and acts of kindness are more important.
